Anina Grosser has acquired a colorful skill-set within strategic organisational culture and people management, as an in-house lawyer, her MBA studies with a focus on health management and through experiences in a variety of wellness related disciplines and studies. As a firm believer that people and a strong people strategy should be at the core of every business she decided to leave her full-time position as Head of People & Culture after setting up a successful strategy to to make her knowledge available to more companies as a consultant

With an emphasis on time and holistic business management and as a believer in Bottom up approaches, she is able to help you growing start up or established company in dealing with all people related matters and challenges.
