About me

Welcome to my space!

I am Anina, an allrounder, a multi-potentialite, an empath and a lover of the new.

I acquired my colourful skillset within strategic organisational culture and people management, as an in-house lawyer, MBA graduate, movement teacher, MKIN with a focus on performance coaching and a life lived all over the world.

Throughout my experiences, I have been a firm believer that authenticity, understanding present power and accessing one’s full potential is key to longterm success. People and a strong people strategy should be at the core of every company.

Kind and honest communication are at the core of my work.

As a Coach and Consultant, I emphasise time and holistic business management and believe in Bottom up approaches. I am able to help your one-person business, your growing start up, or established company to (re)define your purpose and goals, structure your ideas, vision and mission and build the foundation for dealing with all people related matters efficient and authentic.

Teaching movement is my passion. In this crazy world, many of us have lost touch with the sensations of our bodies. I believe in the power of finding embodiment on our healing journey and on our way to highest potential in all aspects of the human experience.

My own journey

led me to study Law at Bond University in Australia (LLB) and the University of Cape Town (LLM) in South Africa.

I was admitted as a Lawyer to the High Court of NSW after which I worked in the field of Shipping Law for several years in London, UK and Hamburg, Germany before transitioning into HR, People-Business, Consultancy and Coaching.

I am a certified personal trainer, yoga and barre teacher and hold a nutritional diploma

and have been teaching movement for 102+ years. I also hold an MBA (health management) from the University of Hamburg and a Master of Kinesiology (MKIN) including a Graduate Diploma in High-Performance Coaching.

I am proud to call myself a multi-passionate individual with professional and personal experiences in a variety of disciplines, among different cultures and in several countries.

I know first-hand what it is like to embark on a new career-path without leaving what I learned behind, but utilizing it to improve, and succeed in future endeavours. I worked academically, legally, in conservative businesses, as well as growing start-ups and appreciate the challenges that come with different settings. I also know what it is like to start with just an idea and to set up a business. I certainly do not have all the answers, but collected valuable tools along this journey that have helped myself and my clients navigate the professional and personal challenges of the human experience. And I certainly know the power of movement throughout all of this.

I have always liked tidying - even as a kid. I like to get things done. I can be strict with myself and others when needed, but balance will always have priority. In transition, structure can be imperative but only if it leaves room for creativity and fun.
