Move. Whole. Inspired. Safe. Strong.

Movement as a way of life, as pleasure, as that moment to yourself.

Never to be forced, never a chore, not another stressor. Instead, a time to embodi.

Mind, Body, Soul.

MOVE THE embodi(‘ed) WAY

FEEL

An 8-session movement journey into sensation, presence & connection.

What if movement wasn’t about doing more, pushing harder or getting somewhere — but about feeling a little more?

FEEL is an invitation to slow down, tune in and reconnect with yourself through movement. Across eight classes inspired by Pilates, yoga, cardio, strength and stillness, you’ll explore what it means to feel your body, your heart, your growth and everything in between.

Some days you’ll move with fire. Other days, you’ll soften, breathe and listen.

There is no right way to feel. Just space to meet yourself where you are.

Move with intention. Feel it all. Come back to you.

embodi is designed to give you a complete, balanced practice.

To move, strengthen, refine, and restore.

The elements complement each other. The idea is to build strength with Sculpt, energise with Release, perfect your form with Refine, and recharge with Relax all in one place and in your own time.

embodi is the connection to yourself.
A celebration of your mind, your body, your soul.

In this virtual community and studio, I offer the space to experience exactly that.

It all started with yoga

And my “first yoga” happened when I experienced ‘union’ for the first time: I went to a yoga class and came out having no recollection of what happened. My mind, body and spirit became one for a short time - and I forgot everything around me.

The mind was still.

Different forms of (conscious) movement have become a constant in my life. During University degrees, through private challenges and working within the corporate world: the importance of me-time on the mat, in a class, or the gym became a grounding necessity.

From breathwork to meditation, to lifting heavy and sweating alone or in community - it varies. But what it always is, is time to tune in, to connect with myself and to let go of things that no longer serve me. Whenever I teach, I try to hold space to allow students the experience they need in that very moment.

Then, that cliche pivotal life moment happened.

Life took an unexpected turn on me. I was crushed, felt my worse, had a difficult year. Or two. I continued to move my body. As a way of therapy, release, but often also as a way of punishment. Did I know it back then? Probably not. Or maybe deep down I did, but my head believed that I was doing all the right things: Eating well, giving up guilty pleasures, moving often, spending time in nature. Little did I know how much I was doing too much.

It was when I finally crumbled, when I did not know how or where to go. When I struggled to move at all that I truly found my way back to my body. Back to moving my body in a way that felt right. In a way that gave pleasure, moments for and with myself, that allowed me to feel not to numb.

I won’t lie, feeling was difficult.

But it also brought me back to me. And it brought me to sharing this way of living, of moving, being active, healthy, full of pleasure and play. A way of life whereby the good feels effortless, incorporated and not like another stressor.

I created these videos to help you discover movement as a healer. To find safety in nourishing your body, to allow an active lifestyle to bring you back to yourself, your body, mind and to your roots in nature.

Not to escape, but to feel it all.

These classes will hopefully help you make movement part of your day, for weekends to stay free, and also free of guilt. To remain open for exploring. Your mind, body and soul. For you to become your own healer.
